This is an exciting opportunity to join our Revenues and Benefits Service working in a "One Team" environment.
You will ensure the prompt and efficient billing, collection and recovery of Council Tax and Business Rates liabilities on behalf of our client Councils. Adopting a case management approach, you'll make timely and accurate decisions on liability and entitlement to reliefs, discounts, and exemptions so our customers liabilities are correct, and they are receiving any support to which they are entitled.
