£20,903 - £22,183 per annum, pro rata (£10,451 - £11,091 actual salary)

Located in Northern Devon, we're the Local Authority for the area of Torridge. We look after our residents and visitors providing a wide range of services. All this in an area of 984 square km with a population of 67,000, it's no easy task but our team of around 270 employees are integral to supporting our local area and working hard to provide the best positive service for our customers.
Responsibilities of post
Joining the Council's NNDR and Income Team based in Bideford, you will be responsible for the effective recovery of Sundry Debt invoices. Duties include all aspects of recovery work which will involve setting instalment arrangements, issuing of reminders, taking payments and overseeing further recovery action.
Requirements of post
Experience of working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and working with the general public is essential. The successful candidate will need to be courteous, tactful and resilient.
