Our Finance & Revenues Service has established a reputation for delivering high quality services to the residents of Test Valley. With customers at the heart of all we do, we are looking for a Business Support Manager to join our knowledgeable and supportive team.
Your role will be to ensure that the IT infrastructure supporting the revenues and welfare function, which includes Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Non-Domestic Rates is fully operational and that upgrades are properly planned, tested and implemented.
You will have experience in some or all of the revenues functions, with an enthusiasm for developing our team in a highly-regulated and technical profession.
You will also bring innovative ideas that will help to increase the self-serve facilities that are available to our customers and to improve automation in the processing of incoming correspondence.
