An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our friendly and supportive team and help us deliver our ambition to improve the lives of our communities in South Hams and West Devon.

This is a brand-new role which you will have the opportunity to shape and make your own, whilst ensuring that the Revenues and Benefits team delivers a high quality, professional and customer responsive service.

A committed team player who builds positive relationships in teams, you will have the ability to develop and motivate people inspiring confidence and respect.

Experience of using NEC and Information at Work software is desirable, however if you have experience of other software packages, we will provide you with full training and support.

In return we can offer genuine flexible working options, with much of the role able to be performed remotely after the induction period.  If you can demonstrate a detailed current working knowledge of one of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction, Council Tax or Business Rates we will support your professional development by training you in all areas.
