We are looking for a Revenues & Assessment Services Manager who is committed to delivering a high quality, efficient, effective, secure, customer-focused and responsive service.  You will be responsible for billing and collection of Council Tax and Business Rates, Housing Benefit, Welfare Support and recovery of debt.  The post holder will achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and make a real and demonstrable difference to the Council’s business and the lives of some of the most vulnerable citizens in the Borough.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience working at a senior level within a large and complex organisation with comparable scale and scope.  We are looking for a strong and inspirational manager, who can bring together diverse teams and partners to deliver results.
