Reporting to the Director of Finance, and leading a small and high-performing team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership for the council’s exchequer services: managing the council’s Exchequer Services Contract and also overseeing circa £600m of payments and £400m income annually.

This role calls for a finance professional who is keen to lead exchequer services, whilst also joining the council’s CLT and having the opportunity to contribute corporately to a broad range of issues in an ambitious and forward-looking council.
