We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Revenues and Benefits Systems and Support team. With a flexible approach to work and a ‘can do’ attitude, you will have a keen interest in, and a natural aptitude for, working with systems.
You will provide day to day support and maintenance for our Revenues and Benefits ICT systems as well as supporting the implementation of new and innovative ways of working such as e-technologies. You will also be responsible for the testing, checking and evaluation of system upgrades, new software releases and new processes.
Experience of using Revenues and Benefits ICT systems is essential and good project management skills would be an advantage. You will also be able to interpret data and apply technology to help us inform and shape services. In return we can offer genuine flexible working options, with much of the role able to be performed remotely after an induction period.
