We are seeking a Business Rates Revenues Officer to join our dedicated team within the Income & Debt department.

Your role will involve administering Business Rates accounts in compliance with current regulations, ensuring effective revenue collection through various channels. Responsibilities include processing relief applications, handling enquiries via multiple channels , and proactive efforts to enhance revenue collection.

Ideal candidates will have debt collection experience and thrive in public facing roles. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-preforming team focussed on meeting ambitious financial and operational goals. We're looking for enthusiastic team players with a strong understanding of customer contact procedures, debt collection experience and excellent communication skills.
