We are looking for an experianced surveyor to work from our South Manchester office. The initial contract will be to work on a portfolio of rating cases mainly within the Greater Manchester and North West area for a temporary 6 - 12 month period. There is however scope for a longer term appointment working within this department and the property management department dependant on the candidate. May potentially suite a recently retired ex employee of the Valuation Office Agency.
