We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Council Tax team.

Agile working allows employees to work flexibly to balance their home and work needs with a minimum of one day in the office per week.

The Council Tax Team are responsible for administering Council Tax, ensuring the accurate and prompt billing, collection and recovery of accounts.

The Council Tax Officer will undertake responsibilities including being the key point of contact for technical queries relating to billing and collection of Council Tax and make decisions on matters of Council Tax billing and recovery.

If you have experience of working within a Council Tax team and experience of using MRI Revenue & Benefits systems, have excellent communication skills and can prioritise your own workload to meet set targets and deadlines, we would love to hear from you.  You can find out more by viewing the job description and person specification.
