Do you have extensive technical Council Tax knowledge, and experience at a senior level in the recovery and enforcement of local authority revenues streams of Council Tax, Business Rates, and Business Improvement District levy?

As our Revenues and Recovery Team Leader, you will manage and motivate your team to deliver a timely and professional service, with a focus on performance improvement and efficiency, maximising revenue collection across the Councils.
As a competent and inspiring manager, you will provide clear direction and support to your team, whilst often managing and prioritising competing workloads and demands.
As a leader in our organisation, you will work collaboratively as part of the Revenues and Benefits Management Team, contributing to the direction of the service and a ‘one team’ culture.
You must be able to communicate at all levels, interpreting and articulating often difficult and complex information and decisions. Within your role, you will have direct engagement with Senior Client Council Officers and Elected Members.

The successful candidate will be subject to a Basic DBS clearance and three years employment referencing.
