Help Exeter residents access the financial support they’re entitled to. You’ll assess Housing Benefit, Council Tax Support, and other welfare schemes, applying legislation accurately and fairly. This fast-paced role requires managing a varied caseload, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
About you
You have experience in benefits administration or a similar field, are confident with complex information, and skilled in using IT systems. Empathy and professionalism are essential when explaining decisions to customers. You’re adaptable, resilient, and committed to excellent public service.
