This is an exciting opportunity within the shared service arrangement between North and North East Lincolnshire Councils.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Business Rates team. As part of the team you will you will contribute to the effective billing and collection of over £150 million in Business Rates annually.

You will support the Business Rates Team Manager to ensure a high-quality, efficient service across billing, collection and recovery. You will also engage directly with businesses, agents, and the public, offering advice on changes, reliefs, exemptions, and valuation matters.

The role is flexible (home and office based).
