We have TWO Full-time, 24-month Fixed Term Contract opportunities commencing as soon as possible.
£25,146 to £30,753 per annum 

Be part of our successful Fraud Team to review Council Tax Discounts and Exemptions in support of the team objectives

Key responsibilities of the roles:

  • Accurately analysing information and intelligence
  • Assessing evidence, making proportionate decisions and applying Council Tax legislation
  • Preparing reports to a professional standard
  • Confidence with information technology and data
  • Calm, assertive and professional customer service skills
  • Working to personal and team targets, managing own workload
  • Working from home - our formal office base is ARP Thetford however the role is predominately remote working
