Are you interested in learning a new skill or transitioning into a new role?
We have eight vacancies within our Council Tax processing team (5 vacancies) and Recovery Team (3 vacancies).
We recognise that you may not have experience of working in local government, or in council tax billing, or debt collection, and that is why we are offering a full twelve-week training programme for our new starters to commence in January 2027, where you will be given the regulatory background, and systems training, to enable you to learn and develop the required skills to then be able to move quickly and seamlessly into one of our teams and really hit the ground running.
Most of the training will be delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Council tax assessment and collection is challenging and rewarding. This is a great opportunity to join our teams and we would love to hear from you.
