An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Income department and we are looking to recruit to two roles within the department:
You will be part of our thriving Income team, joining a dynamic and supportive service that values contribution, collaboration and professional growth.
About the role
In these roles, you will interact with customers across multiple channels to respond to requests and queries, deliver core processes efficiently and effectively, and help provide a service that continually improves for our customers. You will manage accounts, apply discounts and exemptions, create and monitor payment arrangements and take recovery action where required.
About you
The successful candidate will have current or recent experience in a customer contact environment, experience in either council tax and business rates or rents, and a good level of IT competency. You will be committed to delivering excellent customer service, able to work well as part of a team, and willing to learn new systems, processes and ways of working.
Please note: Experience in both areas is not essential; however, candidates should be open to being considered for either role based on their skills and experience.
